Attorney Emily Peacock of Olsman MacKenzie & Wallace has recently been appointed to serve on the American Association for Justice’s Revitalization Board of Governors for a two year term. The Board of Governors is the governing body of the Association and helps to further the Association’s mission to “ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms.”
Serving on the Board of Governors furthers Ms. Peacock’s goal to obtain justice for individuals who have been injured as a result of nursing home neglect and abuse or medical malpractice. Ms. Peacock has a broad range of experience representing victims of abuse and neglect in nursing homes, adult foster care homes, and assisted living facilities. She also handles medical malpractice cases against physicians, nurses, and hospitals. Ms. Peacock is also an active member of the Michigan Association of Justice, Women Trial Lawyers Caucus, Women Lawyers Association, and the Michigan State Bar Negligence Law Division. Ms. Peacock is an active community member and frequently volunteers.
Congratulations, Emily!
