Michaelene Sowinski brings over 17 years of experience as a dedicated personal injury attorney, focusing on complex medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and automobile negligence claims. Her legal career began more than 30 years ago when she served as a law clerk for her brother, also an attorney. This early exposure to the legal profession sparked a lifelong commitment to advocacy and justice.

Michaelene’s practice has spanned both sides of the courtroom. For the first 13 years of her legal career, she represented victims of negligence, developing a deep passion for helping individuals and families affected by medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. She later broadened her perspective by defending negligence claims on behalf of defendants, before returning to the plaintiff’s bar to resume her focus on advocating for those who have suffered due to medical errors and neglect.
