Nicole Poney, RN, MSN, brings both compassion and clinical depth to her role at Olsman MacKenzie Peacock. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Davenport University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, and later her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus in Forensic Nursing from Oakland University.

She began her career in long-term care, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care, before moving into the hospital setting. Over the next decade, Nicole worked on both inpatient rehabilitation and medical-surgical units, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of patient needs and medical conditions. This diverse background gives her a practical, well-rounded perspective on how care is delivered and what standards should be met.

With her training in forensic nursing, Nicole has a sharp eye for detail when reviewing medical records. She’s able to recognize when something doesn’t add up, identify potential gaps in care, and clearly explain complex medical information in a way that’s easy to understand. Her combined clinical experience and forensic insight play an important role in helping attorneys at Olsman MacKenzie Peacock build strong, well-supported cases for their clients.
