How I Serve Clients

We expect that the cars, trucks, and other vehicles we travel in will be safe.  We expect that construction sites will be accident-free.  We expect that our police and the court system will treat everyone fairly.  When injuries and death result from a breakdown of safety and fair treatment, I and our firm represent those who have been harmed.

Injuries and Death Resulting from Defective Vehicles

As a former Chrysler engineer, I understand the design specifications, tolerances, and designed functionality that factor into vehicle safety.  Unfortunately, vehicle manufactures don’t always include the best safety features, and sometimes the safety features used don’t work properly.

In these instances, having a vehicle engineering background enables me to better work with accident reconstructionists and experts who are vital in proving a defective product case.

Construction Accidents

Construction site accidents can result in serious injury or death.  In many cases, the accidents are entirely preventable.  When accidents and injuries occur, my job as legal counsel is to determine the accident cause, and to hold accountable those responsible for accident causation.

Police Brutality

Police brutality has no place in our society.  Unfortunately it still exists, usually being perpetrated on members of our society who have the least means to fight back.

When police brutality occurs, I am in the corner to fight on behalf of those who have suffered.  I use the same tenacious dedication gained from practicing martial arts to seek justice in the courts on behalf of my clients.

If you have been injured due to the actions of another, please call me to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation consultation.  I will be happy to meet with you and explain your options for recovery.  If we accept you case, we will do so on a contingency fee basis, which means that you will not owe us for any costs unless we recover for you.
